The company has been incorporated with a mission to extend services and spread entrepreneur education and computer literacy among the masses and for a noble cause, keeping in view the following factors:

• To surpass the company's services/ products to be used for the growing need in the employment field and day to day life.
• To produce entrepreneurs, self-employment and employment opportunities for those who wish to associate with us without involving any financial risks.

Glister User Agreement
This Agreement is entered into between GLISTER a company and any Associate who uses services of the company, hereinafter referred to as Company on the one part and the "Associate" on the other part.

The Associate represents the marketing programme and the business plan, its limitations and conditions have been understood clearly by him / her. And, the Associate is not relying upon any representation or promise that is not contained in this agreement or other official company material. An Associate shall be a person who submits a properly filled and duly signed in application on the requisite format and such application is duly accepted by the company.

An Associate shall act and be as an autonomous service provider and shall not have any right to bind the company for any obligations whatsoever. The agreement shall remain enforceable during its existence only. An Associate shall be supposed to have understood the terms and conditions of this agreement which are detailed herein below.

Terms and Conditions :

1. e-Education
   This agreement grants the Associate study material of knowledge bank as well as many fundamental computer courses both offline and online. The associate does not have any right of reproduction or duplication of any computer course material in any condition.
2. Termination.
   It is mutually agreed between the parties that:
   • The Associate will not use the service/product/educational package of the company, which is against any law or public policy or contrary to any of the terms of this agreement. Any reproduction, re-distribution, resale or unlawful use of the product / services of the company will result, in termination of this agreement by the company and the Associate shall be liable to be prosecuted under the civil / criminal law.
   • Any copying or reproduction of the product/service package/business plan and educational software of the company shall be deemed as violation of this agreement, and will attract its immediate termination by the company. Such act of an Associate shall render him / her liable to be prosecuted under civil / criminal law.
   • Any distortion and misrepresentation of the aims and objectives of the company, academy, offline computer education, and on phone-shopping by order at your door step, that may or may not be harmful to the interest of the company, will tempt immediate termination of this agreement by the company, and resulting suspension/cancellation of any rights and obligations that arise out of this agreement.
   • The company reserves the right to terminate the agreement immediately without any written notice if any Associate is found to indulge in anti-company activities in any manner or found to disturb the private or public business meeting.
   • You must take a written permission from GLISTER to produce / publish any promotional materials such as CDs, VCDs, Books, Audio cassettes etc. for distribution among other GLISTER Associates. The developed promotional material such as CDs, VCDs, Books, Audio cassettes etc. by any GLISTER Associate is only for free distribution to other Associates and it can not be sold at any price in any circumstances to other GLISTER Associates / Guest. Violation of this will catch the attention of its immediate termination by the company.
3. Income Tax Return
   All the associates are advised to file their income tax returns based on the commission cheques received from the company. Company will furnish the information, as per income tax law. The company will deduct TDS and issue certificates to the associates as required by law of the transactions taken place between the company and active associate.
4. Rules and regulations
   As an GLISTER Associate, every GLISTER associate shall conduct his business as per the following guidelines laid down by the company.
   • For growth, every GLISTER Associate shall work at his/her full commitment, responsibility & sincerity. An GLISTER associate is expected to be sincere in intentions and ready to put in efforts towards group formation & promotion of the services marketed by the company.
   • An GLISTER Associate shall be entitled for commissions on his/her group formation and group purchasing and other incentives as applicable in force.
   • Associates who further refer new associates shall have to put in their active efforts to train & motivate them as well as their downlines.
   • The Company does not promise any definite income to any GLISTER Associate shall solely depend upon his/her group formation and group purchasing.
   • An GLISTER associate shall be attentive and honest in his interaction with other GLISTER Associates.
   • All the legal matters and cases shall be subject to JAIPUR jurisdiction only.
   • The registration with GLISTER is non-transferable and the registration fee is non-refundable.
   • The registration with GLISTER does not create any employer/ employee relationship, agency, partnership or joint venture between the Associate and the company.
   • The associate will not have any right / authority to incur any debt/ liabilities/ obligation for and on behalf of the company.
   • Associate shall not refer any person who has been already referred by another associate of the company.
   • Associate is required to support his/her downline associates in any matters group formation, products/services promotion etc.
   • Associate shall not make any claims, commitments to the general public about the services, products, company, or his own designation in the company that are not supported by the company or are not viable.
   • Associate shall not try to falsely overstate the company’s products or services to impress the general public and downline associates. And the associate shall not misguide any one regarding company’s Services/products.
   • Any violation of the above rules shall form unfair business and the dodger shall be liable to such punishment as decided by the company.
   • Once the registration is cancelled the associate is not allowed to use the logos or symbols and pins as awarded by the company or cosset in any group formation or group development activity.
   • In case of any dispute between associate and the company, the decision taken by the company shall be treated as final and binding to all the associates.
   • Every associate shall explain the GLISTER Opportunity to any prospective or existing associates in an honest manner.
   • All associates are required to strictly obey & adhere to all the rules & regulations formulated by the company.
   • Every upline associate shall keep his/her downlines aware of the rules, regulations, policies, & products and services of the company from time to time.
5. Eligibility & Conditions to become an GLISTER associate
   
   • Any Indian citizen who is between 18-65 years of age can become an GLISTER Associate. He has a legal right to be an associate as per Indian Contract Act.
   • Any prospective associate must be atleast matriculated.
   • Any prospective associate should bear a good attitude, moral character, good behaviour and should not have any past or present criminal background or record.
   • For allotment of registration, the person is required to fill in the required application and agreement form of the company and pay the required registration fees in cash, DD or cheque in favour of GLISTER against the payment, a pin is generated and issued in the form of scratch card (folio). An ID is generated upon registration using the secret PIN confidential till your registration is complete and ID is issued to you.
   • The application should be complete in all respects; any incomplete application shall be rejected.
   • After registration applicant is entitled to get GLISTER Value Pack on acceptance of his application and fees to become associate.
