Q3.Is it necessary to perform all the activities as mentioned in legals, FAQ and on the website www.glister.co.in?
This is mandatory to follow our Legals, FAQ and information given on our site. Any anti-company activities or non performance of any activity /activities as required by Glister by any Glister leader would amount to suspension of going commissions. Company’s decision in this regard would be ending.

Q4.I have purchased Glister value pack and have also sold Glister value Pack to two other associates. Purchasing associates are working very hard and i am getting commissions due to the business generated by them. Would I continue to earn commissions forever, if I keep on maintaining my qualifying conditions every year?
Glister is engaged in a mission to provide services to the masses and make them financial free too. Any person, who wishes to join Glister as an associate and wants to be engaged in that mission, is given commissions/ incentives. But the incentives earned by an individual are directly proportional to his/her involvement in promotion of the mission. The company reserves the right to reject commissions without any allusion to such associates. In that condition the decision of Glister would be ending. In this case an associate will enjoy Glister services.

Q5.I feel misguided by an Glister associate and want to get my money back? What should I do?
After taking all the information from any GLISTER Associate it is your responsibility to confirm all details yourself by visiting our website www.glister.co.in We also request you to go through our Legal and FAQ properly before taking association ship for our services. It should be noted that company is not liable for any kind of false commitment/information provided by any Associate.

Q6.I am sending lots of emails to the company but not getting any response?
It has been observed that many associates are sending unrelated/ irrelevant mails and asking irrelevant question unnecessarily continuously. We have given all the required information about the company and all other details on our website. So it is advised to all the associates to visit our website in order to know their concerns. Please note no irrelevant emails would be replied by the company. Please do not inquire anything which is not given on our website.

Q7.What happen if I could not attend Seminars / Mega events/ conferences organized by Glister due to some unavoidable circumstances?
Though it is mandatory requirement to attend two Mega events organized by Glister in a year. All silver and above are required to attend all the seminars and conferences. But in case you could not attend due to some unavoidable circumstances, you need to write a letter to the company with the documentary proof for justifying your circumstances. On the basis of the documents produced by you, company would decide whether to wave your attendance or not.

Q8.My password and other details are disclosed during online registration, what should I do now?
It is your duty to change all the confidential information like password etc after taking all the information from sponsor. We will not be responsible for any mishappening in this regard.

Q9. How can I get my lost password or Associate ID?
Kindly send us a written request along with a Demand Draft of Rs.110/- for each, which includes service tax and Cess Charges on service tax payable to government of India, in favor of Ken Business Venture Pvt. Ltd., payable at jaipur to get your lost password . Please, include your ID, and mailing address with the request. We will send your password or Associate Id by courier as soon as we receive your request.

Q10.Can an Glister Associate share information of any other programme or sign up other Gliste associate in any other programme?

No, this is absolutely not allowed. If any complaint is received that any Glister associate is sharing/ giving out information with other Glister associates of any other programme, then all the ongoing commissions from the company, will be denied to him/her without any notice.

Q11.What is the procedure for Site Transfer?
Site transfer is strictly not allowed. Once you have taken associationship for Glister services and products, you can't transfer this associationship to any other person.

Q12.I have not submitted the photocopy of my PAN card.Would I be eligible to receive my commission cheques/TDS certificate?
If you have not submitted a photocopy of your PAN card, then please send it as soon as possible. We will not issue any commission cheque / TDS certificate in absence of proof of your PAN card.

Q13.I have sold too many people Glister value pack in my organization; still i have not received any cheque. Why?
You start receiving commission only when you fulfill the criteria fixed for commission earning. In order to receive your first commission cheque you must have three sales in your sale organization in 1:2 or 2:1 ratio in both legs and out of these three sales two sales must be directly sponsored by you.

Q14.I have seen online the last commission earned but I have not received it yet.
If you have sent us the photocopy of your PAN card then you are requested to wait for at least 10-15 days depending on the location of your residence as all commission cheques are sent either through courier or speed post .If you do fulfill the mentioned conditions and still have not received your cheque within this period then send your query at -info@glister.co.in

Q15.I have updated my address in update profile, but I am still receiving cheques at my old address.
The modification done in the address through the update profile is only for public view (for sponsor and associates only). So after updating your address through update profile option send us your new address along with your Distributor ID and at support@glister.co.in in order to help us to update your current mailing address in our record.

Q16.I am earning commissions from glister. can I join other Company / Business directly or indirectly?
If you are earning commissions from glister you can not join other company/ business directly or indirectly otherwise you would lose your right to get any further commissions from glister.

Q17.How much time does it take to get my earned commission cheque?
The commission cheque to the qualifying Associates will be reached by courier or speed post within 15 days from the day commission is calculated. If the payment not reached at your address / bank account within the specified period, you are requested to send your query at support@glister.co.in with details of the earned commission.

Q18.Can I join any other MLM company dealing with same/different product?
No, you can not join any other MLM company selling same/different product or any other business. If we receive any complaint against you that you have joined any other MLM company or business then you would lose your right to get any further commissions from Glister. However, you may continue to enjoy Glister services.

Q19.What will happen if I found involved in anti-company activities?
This is very serious, if any Associate is found not following our FAQ / Legals or found to indulge in any anti-company activity in any manner or found disturbing the private or public business meeting or free teaching seminar organized by Associates or by the company, all the ongoing commissions from the company, will be denied to him/her with immediate effect and without any notice.

Q20.Is it necessary to seek permission of the company for production of any Books, CDs, VCDs or Audio cassettes for distribution to other Glister associates for promotion of Glister business / mission?
Yes, you must take a written permission from Ken Business Venture Pvt. Ltd. for Free distribution of the material produced by you to other associates. Glister does not allow in any circumstances sale of any material produced such as CDs, VCDs, Books etc. by any associate to other Associates directly or indirectly.

Q21.Could I share information which is not given on our site www.glister.co.in but provided by our senior associates or others for the promotion of Glister business / mission?
Only information available at our website related to Company or its President / Directors should be given to other Associates / Guests for promotion of Glister business / Glister mission. Any associate breaking this will not be allowed to promote our Business / Mission anymore and his / her ongoing commissions/ incentives will immediately be stopped.
